Chuck also takes multiple classes in real estate each year and has earned Managing Broker and Graduate REALTOR Institute certifications. Real Estate Broker since 2010, attaining his Managing Broker’s license in 2012 and GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) in 2018.

Chuck is a born listener with a high degree of integrity and professionalism who loves his job helping others achieve their dreams.  Committed to giving back to the community, Chuck has been on many different boards since moving to Chaffee County. He currently involved with Envision Chaffee County, a member of GARNA, and Central Colorado Land Conservancy; and helps out where needs be.  As a Global Business Manager, Chuck traveled the world,  eventually settling in central Colorado. He, like so many others, found Chaffee County to have outdoor recreational opportunities and stunning beauty to match anyplace on earth, while the small, neighborly town of Salida has charm in abundance.

Chuck enjoys hiking, biking, rafting, kayaking, snowshoeing, snowboarding and camping. His wife, Jan, with a background in real estate appraisal and office administration is his partner at home and at work. They live in Nathrop, between Salida and Buena Vista with their German Short Haired Pointer, Jackson.
